Section 1 — Basic Warranty Terms
Furniture Categories Covered

Tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds.

Warranty Coverage
  • 2-year limited warranty covering materials, frame, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components.
  • Exceptions:

    Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components carry a 1-year warranty.

    These components may be replaced at a minimal cost if the original warranty documentation is provided.
Effective Date

The updated warranty policy is effective July 1st, 2025 and applies only to orders placed on or after this date.

Orders placed before July 1st, 2025 follow the original 1-year warranty.
Section 2 — Warranty Agreement & Restrictions

VincentNest warrants that products purchased from our official website are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and function under Normal Use within the warranty period.

“Normal Use” refers to usage in full accordance with the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions provided.

Remedies

If a product is found defective during normal use, VincentNest may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide an appropriate adjustment or refund

The sole and exclusive remedy for the Original Purchaser is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

This warranty does not cover labor, removal, or installation costs.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the product’s purchase price.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Damage caused by the following is not covered:

  • Misuse or abnormal use
  • Mishandling or accidents
  • Neglect
  • Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, natural disasters)
  • Improper installation
  • Improper maintenance, including the use of abrasive or harsh chemicals (bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, wire brushes, etc.)
  • Exposure to harsh outdoor environments
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-OEM parts
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, gloss reduction, staining, finish aging)

Use of components not provided by VincentNest/POVISON will void the warranty entirely.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

No verbal or written affirmation outside this policy shall constitute a warranty.
Submitting a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, contact our support team and provide:

  • The original order confirmation
  • Item number and quantity of the affected product(s)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

Claims without complete documentation may result in processing delays.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VINCENTNEST (OR POVISON.COM) BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, PRODUCTION COSTS, OVERHEAD, REPUTATION DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.
Section 3 — Warranty FAQ

Q: I placed my order in June 2025. Am I eligible for the new 2-year warranty?A: The upgraded warranty applies only to orders placed on or after July 1st, 2025.

Orders before this date remain under the original 1-year warranty.
