We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the products are in new, unused condition and you can provide valid proof of purchase.

2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived incomplete, please contact us within 7 days.
We will reship or correct the order at no cost to you.

These returns are accepted within 30 days but subject to fees:

  • Return shipping fee: 20% of the original product price
  • Repackaging fee: $59 (only if the original packaging is missing)

Vincentnest is not responsible for:

  • Labor or installation costs
  • Project delays
  • Third-party service fees

Please ensure the correct product and delivery date before scheduling any installation or contractor work.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased offline or from unauthorized sellers
  • Products labeled “Non-Returnable”
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used
  • Items returned without required parts or accessories

1. When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • PayPal refunds usually appear immediately once processed.

2. Why Is There a Return Shipping Fee?

For non-defective returns (e.g., changed mind), the return shipping fee helps cover:

  • Inspection and handling
  • Repackaging
  • Restocking back into inventory

This process ensures we maintain fair pricing for all customers.
