At Vincentnest, we are committed to delivering your furniture and home goods with exceptional care and transparency. Please review the details below to understand how we manage shipping, delivery, and after-sales support.

1. Missing but Marked “Delivered”

If your order shows as Delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps within 24 hours:

  1. Verify your shipping address.
  2. Check your mailbox, side doors, porch, garage, or other delivery areas.
  3. Confirm whether a family member, roommate, or neighbor accepted the package.
  4. Look for a delivery attempt notice.
  5. Contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) using your tracking number to start a claim.
  6. Occasionally carriers mark a package as “delivered” a few hours early—please allow up to 24 hours.

If more than 24 hours have passed and the package is still missing, contact our customer service team with your claim number.

Once the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund—your choice.

⚠️ Missing package inquiries must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date for us to provide the best support.

2. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. If signing for a freight delivery, please note “damaged” on the delivery slip.
  2. Keep all original packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video showing:

    - The damaged or defective product
    - The packaging
    - Shipping labels on the box

  4. For all product-related issues, please report them within 14 days of receipt.
  5. Repairs performed by unauthorized third-party technicians are not covered.

Providing clear photos helps us speed up your replacement or refund process.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Before Purchase

    Each product page displays an estimated delivery window based on stock availability, warehouse location, and carrier schedules.

    After Purchase

    You can track your order at any time through:
  • My Account → My Orders
  • Shipment confirmation email (sent once your order ships)
  • Tracking number provided in your shipping email

    ⏱ Most deliveries occur Monday–Friday. Weekend or holiday deliveries are uncommon.

    Freight Shipments (Large Furniture)

    For oversized items, our freight partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

    ⛔ Expedited shipping is not available.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • Direct link to track your delivery

To track via your account:

  1. Click the Account icon at the top right.
  2. Enter your order number and email.
  3. Select “Track Order”.
  4. View each package individually (some items ship in multiple boxes).

📝 Note: The package name may not reflect the full product title—this is normal.

5. Shipping Coverage

Vincentnest currently ships to:

🇺🇸 United States — 48 contiguous states + Washington, D.C.

Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarders

    If such an address is entered, we will contact you to update it, which may delay processing.

6. Shipment Delays or Exceptions

If your order experiences a serious delay or carrier exception:

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Contact our customer service team with the case details.

    If a package is confirmed lost or delayed for an extended period, we will provide a reshipment or refund according to your preference.

7. How Fast Do Orders Ship?

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within:

9. Multiple Shipping Addresses

One order can only ship to one address.
If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
